It's a gift to be simple, it's a gift to be free
It's a gift to come down where we are to be
And when we find ourselves in a place just right
'Twill be in the valley of love and delight
When true simplicity is gained
To bow and to bend we will not be ashamed
To turn and to turn will be our delight
For by turning and turning we'll come round right

Just finished reading:
This guy talks about Portland a lot in this book because he lives there. His church is about 10 blocks away from where Paul and I used to live. It's fun to hear him talk about places I love like Palio and Powells. His book is very refreshing. Much food for thought. Know that if I post about a book here I WOULD recommend it, because I never finish books I don't like. On the other hand, Paul is reading "Blue Like Jazz" right now (by the same author), he argues out loud with the book but keeps reading it. I guess it must make him just angry enough to keep reading. I love that guy!
